Led by the entrepreneurial vision of its founders, the company that started small in 1964 has grown into one of the most respected business groups in the region.
Currently, with two manufacturing plants, the Condumax Incesa group provides the city of Olímpia and its surroundings more than 800 direct jobs and 200 indirect jobs in over 40,000 sqm of facilities. It is a reference in the energy segment for the quality of its products, respect for customers and a talent for developing new solutions in its field.

Governance
Business Ethics and Compliance
The Condumax Incesa Group is managed by an Associate Managers Committee and by an Executive Board, both with specific duties provided for in the Internal Governance Policy. The Executive Board is responsible, within the guidelines set by the Associate Managers Committee, for ensuring the continual functioning of the Group.
Our integrated governance structure enables process optimization and assertiveness in decision-making. In addition, the Group has a robust system of integrity standards, such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Ombudsman Channel and Internal Auditing.
